The Urchin Street Faire is a special place where the younger Celts can find entertainment, education, play and fun. We have made significant changes to the Urchin Street area to bring programs that will educate, enlighten and entertain the young Celts.

In cooperation with the Tarrant Area Guild of Storytellers, the Dallas Children's Theater, the Dallas Public Library and with the support of the Crayola Company we bring you exciting live music, dance, storytelling, theater, magic and mystery.

On the Music Stage Celtic musicians such as the very popular Lady Amber, Stitch in Time and Michael Harrison will sing their favorite songs. Young dancers from the award winning Emerald School of Irish Dance will demonstrate traditional Irish Step dancing and entertain you with their amazing footwork and precision.

In the Story Room storytellers of the Tarrant Area Guild of Storytellers will weave tales of excitement, mystery and intrigue from ancient and far away lands.

In the Urchin Street Theater young actors from the Dallas Children's Theater will bring you excerpts from recent plays and tell you more about the wonderful world of live theater.

Time spent in the Urchin Street Faire will be a time to remember.
