Our host hotel this year is again the Sheraton Dallas Brookhollow Hotel located at 1241 West Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, TX 75247. Phone: 214 630-7000.

The Sheraton management has informed us that the reservation line is now open and that reservations may be made for all rooms.

Should the Sheraton become full, we will use the Radisson Hotel located six blocks away at 1893 West Mockingbird Lane. The two hotels have linked their reservation systems so the same phone number will work.

They will guarantee the same rate of $72.00 at either location until February 5th, 2003 now extended through Feb 28th.

A complimentary shuttle service will be provided between both hotels and Fair Park.

Please Note: During this heightened security situation the Sheraton Hotel has advised us that additional security will be in force for their underground parking facility. Normally this facility would have been closed under this situation, but for our event, and the convince of the many Festival guests, it will remain open, and they will be providing additional security personnel to check all vehicle access to the garage. This may result in additional delays in entry to or exit from the underground garage - please be patient and understand that these measures are being taken to ensure your safety.

The Hotel is fast filling up, but today we extended the reserved block and their are now additional rooms available. There is also still accommodation available at the Radisson Hotel just six blocks away. Call now for last minute reservations.
